Social Media Executive

FULL - TIME | DHAKA, BANGLADESH

Salary Range: 50,000 to 70,000 BDT

Position Summary

The role involves working closely with the assigned vCIO and service delivery teams to ensure all client requests are fulfilled. The goal of the MSC role is to aid in client retention by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided.

Job Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related subject
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills required.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and pivot between differing tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication, customer service skills.
  • Ability to promote a positive company image to clients even during moments of tension.

Core Job Functions

  • Assist vCIOs and other service delivery teams with account management activities for assigned client base.
  • Assist vCIOs with preparation for Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) by creating and preparing reports and other useful information to make SBRs effective.
  • Understand Integris’ product and service catalog and make recommendations that fit the client’s needs.
  • Assist the vCIO by ensuring clients receive accurate and timely quotes.
  • Create routine product quotes for common hardware and software requests.
  • Follow up on quotes to ensure all details and questions are answered promptly.
  • Ensure client hardware and software are under current maintenance and support contracts.
  • Assist the vCIO with monitoring client agreements and ensure they are professionally designed and implemented in alignment with the Integris’ best practices (agreement utilization and gross margins).
  • Understand and remediate the impact of work that has not been executed as expected.
  • Ensure requests are addressed within SLA target.
  • Ensure all work is documented and tracked in real-time in ConnectWise.
  • Meet assigned metrics and KPIs.
  • Any additional duties as assigned.
